Brandon Harris’ Greenwich Stars Basketball Jersey is Being Retired

Brandon Harris is the most important player in Greenwich Stars history. Brandon is 14 years old and he’s from Elmsford, NY. Brandon is Captain of the 14U Spring team. Brandon has played 6+ years for the Stars Travel and AAU basketball teams and he holds every major record in Greenwich Stars history (including points, rebounds, assists, games played, wins and an astounding 46 major championships). Brandon’s #15 jersey is being retired by the Greenwich Stars in a very special ceremony on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 (6:30PM) at Carmel Academy in Greenwich, CT. Brandon is shown in the attached photo.

In 2015, Brandon Harris propelled his team to the Zero Gravity 12U Boys National Championship in Boston. “When Brandon Harris joined our basketball organization, he made us relevant and important – he attracted attention from players and families all over New York and Connecticut. Players flocked to the Greenwich Stars because of Brandon Harris. Brandon is the heart and soul of the Greenwich Stars. He’s been the leader of the Stars since the first day he walked on our court. Brandon is a gifted and clutch shooter, an incredible passer, a great rebounder and a dynamic leader on and off the court. He’s also one of the most caring and special young men you will ever meet,” says John Raybin, The Greenwich Stars President and General Manager.
